Examinar a pesquisa existente sobre Internal Stickiness, com foco em entender e compreender o que tem sido estudado.

A transferência de conhecimento e melhores práticas, são fundamentais para o bom funcionamento das organizações. Apesar desse reconhecimento, é muito difícil praticar essa transferência frequentemente. Na gestão de projetos não é diferente. As atividades que envolvem projetos demandam uma maior atenção na criação e transferência de conhecimento. A dificuldade de transferir conhecimento e melhores práticas nas organizações é representada pelo termo Internal Stickiness – IS. Visto que a IS tem sido barreiras na transferência de conhecimento dentro das organizações.

A abordagem e método de pesquisa utilizado foi o bibliométrico. Neste estudo, foram usadas as técnicas de pareamento bibliográfico, apoiado por meio da análise fatorial e de redes.

Os principais resultados obtidos indicam que são poucas as referências estudadas sobre Internal Stickiness na área de gestão de projetos.

A utilização de uma abordagem e método de pesquisa bibliográfico foi possível contribuir com a teoria sobre o tema Internal Stickiness e identificar certa ausência na área de gestão de projetos.

Este estudo contribuiu para a prática, no sentido em despertar os profissionais de gestão de projetos com o intuito de melhoramento da prática e transferência de conhecimento na área de projetos.

The transfer of knowledge and best practices are fundamental for the good functioning of organizations. Despite this recognition, it is very difficult to practice this transfer frequently. Project management is no different. Activities involving projects demand greater attention in the creation and transfer of knowledge. The difficulty of transferring knowledge and best practices in organizations is represented by the term Internal Stickiness - IS. Whereas, IS has been a barrier to knowledge transfer within organizations.

The approach and research method used was the bibliometric. In this study, bibliographic coupling techniques were used, supported by factor and network analysis.

The main results obtained indicate that there are few references studied about Internal Stickiness in the area of project management.

The use of a bibliographic research approach and method made it possible to contribute to the theory on the theme Internal Stickiness and to identify a certain absence in the area of project management.

This study contributed to the practice, in the sense of awakening project management professionals in order to improve the practice and transfer knowledge in the project area.
