Resumo

Uma Instituição Federal de Ensino Superior (IFES) aborda o Balanced Scorecard (BSC) em seu plano estratégico em 10 (dez) objetivos estratégicos a partir de perspectivas que foram delineadas conforme à realidade do seu negócio Para elevar a taxa de sucesso no referido plano, a IFES integra a Gestão de Riscos ao BSC com base em modelo proposto que permite a consecução dos objetivos com a mitigação de seus riscos estratégicos. O trabalho tem por objetivo principal propor um modelo de planejamento integrando a gestão de riscos estratégicos com o BSC Aliado a isso, a compreensão da construção do planejamento estratégico e o entendimento da gestão de riscos no desdobramento dos objetivos estratégicos traçados no planejamento também são objetivos que são buscados com o desenvolvimento deste trabalho.

A Federal Institution of Higher Education (IFES) approaches the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in its strategic plan in 10 (ten) strategic objectives from perspectives that were delineated according to the reality of its business. In order to increase the success rate in the referred plan, IFES integrates Risk Management to the BSC based on the proposed model that allows the achievement of objectives with the mitigation of its strategic risks. The main objective of the work is a planning model integrating strategic risk management with the BSC. Allied to this, the understanding of the construction of strategic planning and the understanding of risk management in the unfolding of the strategic objectives outlined in the planning are also objectives that are pursued with the development of this work.
