Study goals
The aim of this article is to investigate the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI such as ChatGPT, on educational practices and university management.
Relevance / originality
The study contributes by systematizing recent research on generative AI in education, addressing ethical, pedagogical, and managerial challenges, and fostering urgent reflections on the responsible use of technology.
Methodology / approach
Through a Systematic Literature Review, 64 articles published between 2023 and 2024 were analyzed, revealing three main clusters: education, ethics, and management.
Main results
The results highlight how AI tools personalize learning, promote accessibility, and improve efficiency in managing the teaching-learning process, while also revealing fundamental ethical concerns, such as academic integrity and the authenticity of generated content.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
Theoretically, it organizes the literature into three thematic categories and proposes a relevant conceptual basis for future research.
Social / management contributions
Socially, it reinforces the importance of clear guidelines for the ethical use of AI, preparing students and educators for a technological future and promoting responsible decision-making in the academic environment.
