Study goals
To analyze and systematize, through a Systematic Literature Review, organizational strategies that promote the inclusion of neurodivergent professionals, articulating innovation, sustainability, and social impact in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and strengthening connections between academia and practice.
Relevance / originality
This study innovates by linking neurodivergent inclusion to the SDGs, building bridges between researchers, managers, and policymakers to foster collaborative networks and the transfer of knowledge applicable to diverse public and private organizational contexts.
Methodology / approach
A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using a qualitative approach and content analysis. Data collection took place in the Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed databases, covering the period from 2015 to 2025, with rigorous selection criteria applied.
Main results
Identification of neuroinclusion strategies in organizations, grouped into five areas: institutional policies, strengths-based management, adaptations and accessibility, continuous training, and individualized support. Subsequently, these areas were associated with SDGs 4, 8, 9, 10, and 17, demonstrating practical applicability.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
The research proposes a referential model that links inclusive practices to global goals, expanding the interdisciplinary debate on workplace inclusion and offering an analytical structure aligned with the 2030 Agenda.
Social / management contributions
The study presents adaptable strategies and guidelines for managers, HR teams, and policymakers, fostering more inclusive, innovative environments aligned with institutional sustainability and international commitments.
