To analyze, through a theoretical essay, the interrelationships between digital transformation and the entrepreneurial behavior of university students, identifying the main challenges and opportunities arising from this process.

This is a qualitative research study developed as a theoretical essay. Sources from scientific and grey literature were used, selected based on thematic criteria from the last ten years, including classic works. These references were organized into thematic axes and critically analyzed.

The study presents digital entrepreneurship as a multidimensional phenomenon and the university student as an active agent It advocates a critical and inclusive approach, the central role of universities, and digital inclusion policies aimed at preparing creative, well-prepared youth committed to sustainability
