To develop the Graduate Journey Map, an innovative model that integrates Design Science Research, Agile Project Management, and customer centricity, to meet CAPES requirements, strengthen relationships, and enhance the monitoring of graduates in stricto sensu postgraduate programs.

Ongoing research based on the integration of Design Science Research and Agile Project Management, employing mixed methods with an exploratory survey, semi-structured interviews, and focus groups to design and validate the Graduate Journey Map guided by customer centricity.
