Study goals
The objective of this technical report is to present a teamwork strategy for collaborative problem-solving in the management of a logistics project.
Relevance / originality
This technical report addresses a real logistics project and its negative implications caused by the lack of teamwork, highlighting the difficulties faced in collaboration between teams to solve problems and offering practical experience on these challenges.
Methodology / approach
The research, with a qualitative approach and explanatory nature, used a case study with intervention to understand a real logistics project, reporting the researcher's observations and intervention actions carried out in the context analyzed.
Main results
The main results involve communication, scope and stakeholder management: re-planning based on active listening, improved communication, greater transparency, strengthening teamwork with bonds of trust and adoption of collaborative practices such as lessons learned and brainstorming.
