Resumo

Este estudo analisa a efetividade do Programa Jovem de Futuro (PJF) em duas escolas estaduais de Teófilo Otoni-MG, com foco nos Planos de Ação do Circuito de Gestão (CdG) e sua relação com os resultados obtidos nas provas externas através da análise.

Não existem estudos sobre esse assunto.

Essa pesquisa foi realizada sob uma abordagem de natureza qualiquantitativa, que permitiu combinar a análise objetiva como o aprofundamento do objeto investigado, com a análise documental e revisão bibliográfica do conteúdo.

Para determinar o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos a plataforma teria que ser alimentada com mais informações, não se limitando apenas aos dados quantitativos pois não podemos extrair dados da escola de forma isolada do seu contexto social.

Fazer com que a SEE analise e repense o Programa Jovem de Futuro incluindo aspectos externos aos muros das escolas.

Criar uma rede de contato onde a escola teria informações dos alunos que concluíram o ensino médio tais como: estão no mercado de trabalho, continuaram seus estudos, quais áreas de maior interesse.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Jovem de Futuro Program (PJF) in two state schools in Teófilo Otoni-MG, focusing on the Management Circuit (CdG) Action Plans and their relationship with the results obtained in external tests through analysis.

This research was carried out using a qualitative and quantitative approach, which allowed combining objective analysis as a deeper understanding of the object investigated, with documentary analysis and bibliographic review of the content.

To determine the scope of strategic objectives, the platform would need to be fed with more information, not limited to quantitative data alone, as we cannot extract data from the school in isolation from its social context.

Make the SEE analyze and rethink the Jovem de Futuro Program, including aspects outside the school walls.

Create a contact network where the school would have information about students who completed high school, such as: are they in the job market, did they continue their studies, and what areas of greatest interest they pursue.
